Jason has been named Re/Max Preferred Realty’s Top Selling Buyer’s Agent for 2005 through, and 2012. To increase his effectiveness as a Realtor to his clients, he honed his skills having graduated from Howard Brinton’s Star Power University and Advanced Buyer University.
Jason is a graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in Biology and Chemistry. He graduated from ECU with honors and was named to the top 10% of all graduates nationwide. It was while at ECU Jason became interested in Real Estate, and started buying his first rental properties there. He soon realized he enjoyed all aspects of the real estate transaction from viewing potential purchases to negotiating the deal to closing the sale.
Jason is a native of the small Pitt County suburb of Farmville, just minutes outside of Greenville. An avid and champion equestrian rider and trainer, Jason is owner of LaMirage Stables located in Farmville. Prior to entering the real estate community full time, Jason spent 18 years teaching children and adults the art of riding and competing in show ring competition on local, regional and national levels. Jason, himself, has earned over 25 World and Grand National titles as well as over 100 Regional titles. Jason prides himself on the number of equestrian clients who also became his real estate clients.
Believing in giving back to his business and the community, Jason, is a previous member of the Greenville-Pitt Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He still remains an active volunteer with the Chamber. During 2008 and 2009 he chaired the Pitt County Business Expo, which was a huge success. Respected by others in the Real Estate Community Jason is currently the President of the Board of Directors for the Greenville-Pitt Association of Realtors. Previously he held the position of Secretary-Treasurer of the Association.
During Jason’s free time he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He feels family and the lifelong friendships he has established are two of the greatest gifts an individual can ever have.

His time as a buyers agent helped prepare him to become a top listing agent in the market. Helping sellers prepare their homes for the market is Kevin's favorite part of his career. When Kevin isn't listing homes or working with buyers you might catch him doing a few of his favorite pastimes. He is an avid softball player and coaches several teams each year. You might also catch him at a poker table where he says he practices his master negotiating skills. His other hobbies include amateur film making and traveling. Kevin is happiest when he has a project or goal to work towards. He keeps busy and is not a homebody. He is active in many organizations including his local homeowners association as well as with his work with the local board of realtors, where he has served as a director in the past.
