To better serve my clients, I invested in refining my skills by graduating from Howard Brinton's esteemed institutions, Star Power University and Advanced Buyer University.
I am a proud alumnus of East Carolina University, where I earned a degree in Biology and Chemistry with honors, ranking in the top 10% of graduates nationwide. It was during my time at ECU that my interest in the world of real estate was sparked. I embarked on my first real estate ventures, acquiring rental properties and discovering a passion for every facet of the real estate transaction, from evaluating potential properties to skillfully negotiating deals and bringing them to successful closures.
I hail from the charming Pitt County suburb of Farmville, and beyond my real estate pursuits, I am deeply immersed in the world of equestrian sports. As both a rider and trainer, I am the proud owner of La Mirage Stables in Farmville, boasting an impressive track record with over 25 World and Grand National titles, along with more than 100 Regional titles.
My commitment extends to the community, as I firmly believe in giving back. I served as a board member of the Greenville-Pitt Chamber of Commerce and had the privilege of chairing the highly successful Pitt County Business Expo in 2008 and 2009. Additionally, I have had the honor of holding the position of President of the Board of Directors for the Greenville-Pitt Association of Realtors, currently serving my second term in 2019. Previously, I served as Secretary-Treasurer within the association.
In my leisure time, I cherish moments spent with my cherished family and friends. To me, the bonds of family and the enduring friendships I've cultivated are among life's most precious gifts."

He left the state for just the time it took him to graduate with a BA in Broadcast Communication from Tennessee Temple University. Having caught the “real estate bug” shortly after graduating from TTU, Kevin has been in real estate for over a decade. Initially he was a buyer’s agent but went on to become one of the top listing agents in Pitt County. He has been a licensed Realtor since 2006 and has assisted many families with their relocation to the Greenville area. In 2023, he became the Broker-In-Charge of RE/MAX Preferred Realty. He is originally from a small town near Asheville in the western part of North Carolina. He moved to Greenville to attend East Carolina University in 1993, where he was a collegiate swimmer and graduated with a B. S. in Economics. After college, he moved back to western NC, but in 2000 returned to Greenville. His family soon followed, with his father relocating in 2002 and his grandparents and sister joining the community a few years later. His favorite pastimes include traveling, showing Saddlebred and Hackney ponies, boating, and all types of water activities. Ryan has just recently moved to Farmville NC which is a smaller town outside of Greenville. Please let him know if you are thinking of relocating to Pitt County.
