    Jason is dedicated and noted to give every buyer and seller his full commitment and integrity.  He prides himself in listening to his  clients' needs and giving them punctuational and reliable service.   

    As  a native of the Pitt County area, Jason  grew up in Farmville.  Farmville is a small suburb town, just minutes outside Greenville.  He  has always been interested in the real estate market and investing in properties.  Jason started buying rental properties while still a student at East Carolina University.  He  enjoyed the whole aspect of looking at properties and negotiating the deal.  Six years ago, Jason joined Remax Preferred Realty as a buyer specialist.    Starting in this capacity  taught him the art of listening to buyers' needs and negotiating the deal.  He is  a graduate of Howard Britton's Star Power Buyer University and a graduate of the Advanced Buyer University.  Jason has  also received the top selling buyer agent award with his company two times. 

    Outside of Real Estate, Jason is an avid horse rider and trainer.  He managed and owned La Mirage Stables in Farmville for 18 years.  During this time, Jason  enjoyed working with children and adults and teaching them to ride and compete in show ring competition on the local, regional and national level.  During this time, he  earned over 25  world and grand national titles and over 100 regional titles.  Many of his clients from the equestrian years have been real estate clients as well. 

    Jason earned biology and chemistry degrees from East Carolina University and graduated with honors being named in the top ten percent of all graduates nationwide.  Being an active volunteer and past board member of the Pitt-Greenville Chamber of Commerce has been a great experience as well for him.  During 2008 and 2009, Jason co-chaired the Pitt County Business Expo, which was a great success.  Currently, he is on the Board of Directors for the Greenville-Pitt Association of Realtors.

    During his spare time, Jason  enjoys spending time with his parents and family, who still reside in Farmville.  He feels family and great friends are one of the greatest gifts a person can ever have.  Over the past three years, he has become very interested in boating.  Even though he is not a great captain, Jason enjoys boating off our North Carolina coast.  He looks forward to meeting you soon.

    Kevin was born and raised in eastern North Carolina.  He has been in the real estate industry for over 10 years.  He began his career as a buyers agent.  His time as a buyers agent helped prepare him to become a top listing agent in the market.  Helping sellers prepare their homes for the market is Kevin's favorite part of his career.   When Kevin isn't listing homes or working with buyers you might catch him doing a few of his favorite pastimes. He is an avid softball player and coaches several teams each year. You might also catch him at a poker table where he says he practices his master negotiating skills.   His other hobbies include amateur film making and traveling.  Kevin is happiest when he has a project or goal to work towards. He keeps busy and is not a homebody.  He is active in many organizations including his local homeowners association as well as with his work with the local board of realtors, where he has served as a director in the past.

    Susan is a native of Columbus County , North Carolina.  She has called Greenville, NC, home now for over 10 years.  Susan is a realtor/broker who is known as a real people person.  Therefore, she loves working as a buyers agent on the team.  She enjoys helping buyers as they relocate to the area as well as helping local clients step up into a larger home, downsize or start with their very first home purchase.  When it comes time to sell your property, Susan will be glad to be your listing agent as well.  Susan is our resident socialite; she knows the Greenville nightlife and loves sharing her knowledge of local available entertainment with her new clients.  Susan, a bonafied generation Xer, loves introducing her new clients to the best of what Greenville has to offer.  Susan is also an avid sports NUT! She always has the scoop on the Pirates sports schedules and how each team is doing.  She can hold her own in a battle of sports trivia with any guy who dares to challenge her.  You will see her in the stands at all Pirate home football games and, if you look closely at most of the away games, you will see her in purple and gold, cheering on her beloved ECU, except on the rare occasion when ECU takes on NC State.  Susan is also a Wolfpack fan.

    Susan's pride and joy are her niece and nephew, Drew and Hallie. She is very family-oriented.

    As a meteorologist who grew up in Eastern North Carolina and forecast weather on television for 2 decades, I have a unique perspective on this wonderful part of the world. I’ve watched the Greenville area grow into a hub of activity and become a regional medical and educational center. For fun I like playing most racquet sports, fantasy football, ECU and ACC sports, studying the stock market, and of course, the weather.
